Welcome to the C.J.Trophies Terms and Conditions. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below.
Pricing Policy:
All item prices are in sterling and include VAT.
Payment:
Payment can be made by all major credit cards and debit cards.
Alternatively goods can be shipped with an invoice payable on return.
Returns:
Should awards need to be returned due to an error made by C.J.Trophies carriage charges will be reimbursed based on the most cost effective method.
Damages:
We will replace any item damaged during transit on the assurance that we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. Outside this C.J.Trophies cannot take responsibility for damaged goods.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full, after this period no refund will be given.
Replacements:
C.J.Trophies will endeavor to supply goods as illustrated on the website. Occasionally there may be times when a suitable part or trophy will need to be substituted and we reserve the right to supply an alternate part/trophy. The price of the trophy will not be affected.
